To be investigated. Has it been fixed upstream? Is binutils responsible/contributary?

Low priority as no real problems and it may be a big fix.

all test failures except for the Throw_2 one are gone when building in arm mode instead of thumb mode

gcj needs to be ported for thumb. for the distribution it's enough to bootstrap openjdk with a gcj built for arm mode
