db11/db11.h:31:17: internal compiler error: in gen_type_
typedef struct _table

with preprocessed source if appropriate.
I compiled with the following cmd:
g++ -g -std=c++11 -o db_route_lookup db_route_lookup.cpp db11/*.cpp
