Part editor doesn't find *fzp file

Bug Description

In fritzing 0.7.10b-1ubuntu1, with matchin fritzing-data, invoking part editor results in a error dialog stating that
"Unable to load fzp from /usr/share/fritzing/pdb/core/74HC595.fzp" (or similar, for different part name).

I am using ubuntu 13.04 on amd64.
