Bug Description

This patch solves the problem described in

git commit 0b7db6232f2d89216f5fa5cef52b3fa39f779558

    5. Draw the initial workspace correctly when running across multiple monitors. The correct size was always used, but the window
was only starting on the current monitor and thus could draw the window off of the viewable area.

I took this patch and kept only the parts related to this patch. I do not know enough about rail to verify that the rest of this patch should be kept. There are also many other rail patches in the archive.

When I start xfreerdp with 2 monitors, I see only one monitor is displaying half of the data which should be displayed.

I have applied this to freerdp_1.0.1-1ubuntu7

Part of the patch should be applied after the patches in bug 1064005
