  * New upstream release
    o Added "*cupsFilter" line to accept PDF as input to the generated PPD
      files.
    o Added support for separate driver command line for PDF input
      ("*FoomaticRIPCommandLinePDF" keyword).
    o Allow XML files with header lines ("<? ... ?>", "<! ... >") in the
      beginning.
