GitKraken Flatpak doesn't display Icon in task switcher

Bug Description
The GitKraken or any other flatpak doesn't display the icon on top of the window in the task switcher like other applications. I have attached a screenshot. It's the same for the bottom task bar too.

After installing flatpak, did you restart your session or computer ?
Also could you provide the output of the following command
$ env | grep XDG_DATA_DIRS
Furthermore it looks like there isn't any screenshot attached ?
