I noticed that after the jaunty upgrade, flash is not working, so I tried to reinstall it:
apt-get install --reinstall flashplugin-nonfree

I did not refuse anything, it simply failed...

I solved this by editing /var/cache/ debconf/ config. dat:
Look for flashplugin- nonfree/ httpget and change Value to true.
