restart button doesn't

Bug Description

When Firefox is updated and needs to be restarted, it offers a button labelled 'Restart'. In fact this button does not restart Firefox, it simply shut it down for the user to restart it. It ought not be labelled the way it is as it does not do what it says it does.

Either call the button 'Shutdown' with a message about a manual restart, or make it actually do a restart.

Minor but very silly and quite inappropriate if normal users are using it, as opposed to geeks like me that understand computers.
