Open file dialog for Photobucket is far too wide

Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
Because of the large number of file types, if I try and upload a picture to photobucket the minimum width of the open file dialog is wider than my (1280px) screen. It should be possible to resize the open file dialog smaller than the width of the file types available.
