Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.5
Firefox 3.5 crashes (whilst loading) with 'GLib-WARNING **: g_set_prgname() called multiple times'. However, there is no 'Segmentation fault' or other crash message.
Ihave not been able to file this bug using apport on the target computer. When I try to file the bug on another computer using 'ubuntu-bug -f -p 'followed by a file's location, where the file is the .apport file created on the target computer (and copied over to this computer), a window pops up saying that the package is not genuine ubuntu. This is untrue as it's the standard firefox from karmic. I have attached this .apport file.

When I try (from command line) firefox -safe-mode, firefox pops up window asking me if I want to disable certain settings. I don't select any and click OK and it loads OK. I then close firefox. I then invoke firefox from the Applications menu and it then loads OK. I reboot and it still loads OK using the Applications menu. So, starting firefox in safe mode fixes the problem.
