I can never pay my bill on the web because firefox will not let me. I would click on the user and password bars but I cant type or anything on the bars. It is reproductible it happens every time i try to pay the bill on line. Please i hate to call to mexico from the usa because i can not pay online due to this bug.

I can reproduce this.

The page renders, but the spinning "busy" cursor is displayed permanently over the page and it is unresponsive to mouse clicks. It doesn't look like a classic case of runaway JavaScript, because the CPU usage is low.

It would be helpful to know if this is Ubuntu-specifc, Linux-specific or just Firefox-specific - if anyone can test using Firefox on another OS that would be helpful.

I do not believe this to be a bug of Firefox. This website is doing some odd behavior with javascript and is causing the browser to never stop the loading process (but, yet, the stop button isn't available). Maybe this site worked fine in IE, but I doubt it was ever tested against Firefox. Konqueror browser also reports a lot of issues with this website.

And, before anybody points it out, disabling javascript only throws up a page saying (I think) that javascript and ActiveX needs to be enabled (my spanish is very rusty).

Tenoch, as a temporary work-around, try using the Opera browser at http://www.opera.com/browser/download/. I just tried accessing the site with it, and it appears to behave better.
