Firefox 3.5.2 menu language not translated

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

When i've updated 3.0.11 to 3.5.2:
several packages have been declared as " not compatible with Firefox 3.5.2":
  - firefox (en-gb) 3.0.7
  - firefox (fr) 3.0.7
  - xulrunner (en-gb) 1.9.0.8
  - xulrunner (fr) 1.9.0.8

now xulrunner is 1.9.1.2 & there is no localized language package for 3.5.2
So, the menu is in us-gb & can't be change.

thanks Micah,
i've seen 407180 & agree with the content but i'm reported on 3.5.2 (not 3.5) & karmic, wich is not the same as 407180.

Digging a little, i'm surprise that when 3.5.2 have been installed, old things have been left behind in
 /etc/firefox &
/<email address hidden>

should not it be removed first before upgrading ?

Try to purge old config

that is why we only have this language.

407180 is connected to the Blueprint for making sure everything is done for Karmic with Firefox 3.5

Firefox 3.5 tries to import everything from the 3.0 profile. The 3.0 langpack should be replaced with the 3.5 langpack when it's released.

Please do not add anything else to this bug.
