Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0-gnome-support

When I click a smb:// link for a Samba share(for which I have credentials saved in my keyring) in Firefox it appears to do nothing. On the server side I see:

[2008/10/07 10:14:35, 2] auth/auth.c:check_ntlm_password(312)
check_ntlm_password: Authentication for user [guest] -> [guest] FAILED with error NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_USER
Should use GVFS saved credentials.

For some reason my saved credentials are ignored and the process dies silently. I cannot cause any sort of authentication dialog to appear.

This is on 8.10-beta upgraded from 8.04.
