Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Firefox 3.0 beta 5 bundled with Hardy Heron 8.04 cannot print web pages. The print preview displays how it will be printed, number of pages etc. Clicking print causes the printer to indicate that the output is being sent to the printer by flashing a light on the printer. This flashing stops after a few seconds (on my HP Laserjet 4, please don't laugh. It has been working flawlessly for the last 14 years with only two minor repairs I did myself), and nothing happens. I can print from OpenOffice and other applications. What gives? Thanks.
