Executable bit lost when extracting file by dragging them to nautilus

Bug Description
How to reproduce:
- Download Onboard version 0.98.0 from the following web page:
https:/
- Open the tarball and drag the files that are located in the scripts folder to a nautilus window; the files in the nautilus window have lost the executable bit
However, if I extract the tarball by using Ark, the files in the script folder have their executable bit set.
