I'm using the Tear Free option at the moment, but screen refresh is terribly slow, even when used over a LAN. It appears to be refreshing entire screens at a time, which is what I presume the noxdamage setting also does. Yes, it "works" but its really so slow as to be completely unusable unless you are truly desperate.
