Bug Description

Lot's of pages (https://github.com/ for exmaple) fails to load in falkon in ubuntu 19.10 due to crash in QtWebEngine:
"
Failed loading page
Something went wrong while loading this page.
Try reloading the page or closing some tabs to make more memory available.
"

Versions:
Falkon 3.1.0
QtWebEngine 5.12.4

It might be https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405852 so it could be potentially fixed by updating to QtWebEngine version 5.13.0

Qutebrowser http://qutebrowser.org/ uses the same engine but it doesn't seem to be affected by this issue.
