Bug Description
Binary package hint: f-spot
f-spot 0.6.1.5
ubuntu 10.04 lts
I expect to see shift-+ and shift-- for zoom in and zoom out (under View menu).
I see ctrl++ and ctrl+-
I press ctrl++ and nothing happens.
Shift-+ zooms in. (and same for zooming out)

Thank you for opening this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
I am running version 0.8.0 on Ubuntu 10.10 and am also noticing unusual issues with the zoom shortcuts.
I am able to zoom an image only using the shortcut Shift+ and I am able to zoom out only using the shortcut Ctrl-.
The zoom shortcut as described under View > Zoom In (Ctrl++) has no effect.
