Bug Description

When upgraded to 11.10 Evolution stop working: no error reported but could not receive mail (IMAP). Sending mail was ok.
moreover, all mails since sept 2010 were gone, except for a inbox subfolder which was up-to-the-date of Ubuntu upgrading.
I had to cancel all account and re-made them from scratch to make evolution work again, but incoming mail filters are still not working (i.e. I can't store mails from a specific sender in a separate folder).

Upgraded to 11.10, October 26 2011. Upgrade completely scrabbled my mailboxes. Restored backup and it seemed to look okay. However IMAP on Gmail accounts is not working. Evolution Mail is not downloading new mail from the IMAP gmail accounts. It downloaded some of the mail but not all so I can no longer trust Evolution mail to check these accounts.
