I did this :

First, I saved my file in html in a folder with the extension .html, tested it in a browser (firefox)
so I started to write my signature in Evolution, I chosed HTML to compose in Composer Preferences,
then I insert my html file in using INSERT in principal menu.

Only this my friends and it's OK , try this !

HTML-Signatures are inserted as plain text in Evolution Mail 3.36.5.

1. Go to Evolution Preferences -> Composer Preferences -> Signatures
2. Create a new signature and use HTML language like:
<p><font face="Arial">Greetings
<br>
<br>
Jack
</font></p>
It could be intended that the text is plain text there, however it is exactly inserted in a new mail.

The same applies to adding a HTML signature as a script.

Changed in evolution (Ubuntu):
status: Invalid → Confirmed
