Can't authenticate with cloud-based Exchange 2010

Bug Description
Trying to add an account, which is on MS cloud-based (out of company premises) Exchange 2010. Creating account fails at the Authenticate step with and error message:
Authentication failed.
MapiLogonProvider: Failed to login into the server
It is not clear form Evolutions docs, in what form should data be entered in Username and Domain fields, but I have tried what seems to be all possible combinations of username, username@domain, DOMAIN\USERNAME, lower- and uppercase etc. with no success.
