Bug Description
Binary package hint: evolution
I have two inboxes setup in Evolution ('Canonical' & 'Personal'). In the top panel menu (the envelope icon next to the date/time), there are menu options (with an unread count) for each of the inboxes. When you select one of these it brings Evolution to the front, but doesn't focus on the inbox you selected.
Test case:
1.) Set up Evolution with two accounts
2.) Open Evolution
3.) Select (for example) 'Deleted Items' of your 'Personal' inbox.
4.) Minimise Evolution
5.) From the top-panel menu, select 'Work' (or whatever your 'other' inbox is called) from the menu
6.) Note that the selected item in the left-hand menu is still 'Deleted Items' of 'Personal'
I admit that is not *necessarily* a bug, but I do see it as a serious usability issue. If I'm checking my unread email in my work inbox, then the envelope turns green to tell me I have unread messages - I want to go to the top-panel menu, select the 'Work' inbox (which has '1' unread against it) and I want Evolution to drop me in that Inbox. Otherwise I don't see the point of these menu options other than to display the unread counts.

It sounds like there just needs to be a conditional statement to catch the signal generated by the clicking of a particular inbox entry in the menu.
