Misses an option to break big pages into smaller sheets (or viceversa) when printing

When you print a PDF document, and you choose a print paper size which is different from the document's paper size, you can shrink or fit to printable area (or neither), but there is no way to:
- break big pages into smaller ones, such as for example break each A3 page into two printed A4 sheets
- combine small pages into bigger paper

Those are OBVIOUS options that should be present when printing.
