NC failed to start a session with a libvirt internal error

Bug Description
Running lucid-amd64-topo3, with the 20100409 images for both the base installs and the UEC.
All instances started (c1.medium) fail on the NCs with "libvirt: internal error no supported architecture for os type 'hvm' (code=1)"

I am seeing a very similar bug on my UEC after updating from 1.6.2ubuntu29 to 1.6.2ubuntu30, however the internal error returned by libvirt is different. All types of my instances fail to start since the update. See attached files for details on which packages were updated and a NC log excerpt showing the error.
