Bug Description
Binary package hint: bzr
I installed bzr as a depency of etckeeper. Now i have a .bazaar folder in my home folder with owner and group root. So i cannot use bzr as a normal user.
bzr whoami "mcas <email address hidden>"
No handlers could be found for logger "bzr"
