encfs fails due to "encfs: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libencfs.so.6: undefined symbol: _ZN5boost7archive18basic_xml_iarchiveINS0_12xml_iarchiveEE13load_overrideERNS0_13tracking_typeEi"

with a directory which works fine on other another Ubuntu 16.04. The source is on an OpenAFS 1.6.18 mount which is also the case for the working Ubuntu 16.04.
