Bug Description

When the user invokes `encfs /path/to/encrypted/dir /path/to/inexistant/dir` `encfs` asks whether the mountpoint ought to be created. Answering yes has no effect when `LANG` is not set to a language which does not request an input of `y` for `yes` (e.g. `j` for german `ja` in `ja/nein`). The usage message is displayed and the command fails.
