problem with the block / unblock contact

Bug Description

when blocking a contact, it is impossible to unblock the back, is it possible interpretation in the case of deletion of your account, along with the settings and logs

* you must block the contact from icq(maybe others) profile(s), and then try to unblock it again

i am able to reproduce this bug and this thing
if we block a person than it is blocked but we are not be able to unblock him..right t1m29 ?

I blocked a person on gmail. She does not appear in the blocked list. And I find no way to unblock her.
