Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
Changing the theme in Empathy preferences does not apply the new theme to existing windows. As far as I can see, there's no way to do so. While this isn't a huge problem in user-to-user windows (one can always just close and re-open the window), it's a pain for group chats, where closing the window leaves the chat room. Empathy should either 1) apply changes to the theme setting to existing windows, or 2) offer a per-window menu item to change the theme.
This problem also seems to apply to the setting for showing/hiding the nick list in group chats.
