Binary package hint: empathy
if i recieve a message containing any letters like ä ö ü ß ist shows the following message
?bergeschnappte cham?leon (There was an error receiving this message. Either you and xxxx have different encodings selected, or xxxx has a buggy client.)
xxxx is the icq number of the person im talking with
in pidgin it works and these signs are suportet
