Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
Altering the video setting in a call affects them in all applications that use gstreamer (i think). It's hard to find the right settings, and there's no way to revert back to the default.
p.s. where else can these settings be chenged? perhaps this isn't just gstreamer because i didn't find anything in gstreamer-
