Emacs uninstallation procedure doesn't remove bytecompiled packages from site-lisp

Bug Description

Emacs installs /usr/share/emacs23/site-lisp folder. Than all additional packages bytecompiles and keeps their *.elc files.
But with emacs removal ( apt-get --purge remove emacs23) these files should go away and folder should be removed to provide clean uninstallation.
