Bug Description
I was just putting together the HiDPI support for Numix based on your last blog post. When I was cross referencing against elementary's index.theme file I noticed what I think is a small error.
As I've understood the MaxSize variable should be 1 less than the next biggest size available, or a 24px icon it would be MaxSize=31. For actions/24 and actions@2/24 though it's MaxSize=32.

Just after posting I also noticed that the actions/16 and actions@2/16 have MaxSize=21 when it should be MaxSize=23 since elementary doesn't have any 22px icons
