Bug Description
"sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales" just generates the locales.
There is no way to select the packages and no way to select the default locale on screen two as it was before.

The change in Dapper is intentional. The command line method is to no longer use ``dpkg-reconfigure locales'' but to pass a list of the first-column entries in /usr/share/ i18n/SUPPORTED to ``locale-gen''. The System> Administration> Language Support tool in GNOME invokes locale-gen.
Perhaps what the submitter seeks is documentation regarding this change.
