Bug Description

Any possible variant of installed eclipse from ubuntu repo reports:

An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=PlatformProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]org.apache.jasper 5.5.26, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.actions.InstallBundleAction).
The artifact file for osgi.bundle,org.apache.jasper,5.5.26 was not found.

According to http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1869884 :

sudo eclipse

and then ( as root ) install needed plugins - works fine, but this is not safe for the installation, i suppose
