racist notation: "Negerpunk"

Bug Description

The presets for field "genre" contains the racist notation "Negerpunk" in the German translation. First of all I never heard about such a genre and suspect if it exists. Second it is a racist notation and therefore should be removed. Same is for package easytag-acc. I don't know about this notation in other languages of easytag which should be checked as well.

Neger is not necessarily racist in these languages though.

confirmed in latest easytag (2.1.6 in karmic) also in the english version

I'm not seeing this text in the translation file of the program. Are you still seeing this when you run it?

Yes, I still see the text in Easytag 2.1.7, Ubuntu 12.04, with English
language system settings.
