Bug Description

When trying to play the .flv file downloaded from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7LjriWFAEs&ap=%2526fmt%3D22

Dragon player opens the file and plays the video, but the audio is just static.

When I open the file with Mplayer on ubuntu 8.04, it does not play, with the message "Cannot find codec for audio format 0xA"

When I open the file in totem (running on 9.04 alpha 5 or later), it plays perfectly.

PS: The new improved automatic suggestion of packages to install to play media files is _great!_

In Kubuntu 9.04 The same happens in two computers I administer.

For example if:
1) you go to any of these places
http://www.youtube.com/v/46VoSA-9Xd8
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FW6F_g3upKA
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qw-J8kC5DHo
2) you try to play the files that are left in /tmp

Note: in the prior version (8.04) this worked ok.

I am having the same problem with Dragon player in 9.10. flv files are not associated with dragon player but when opened the video plays but the sound is just static noise.

Notes:
- As it was said in another comment: it keeps happening in the Dragonplayer of Kubuntu 9.10
- I've tried the bug in two different computers and the result is the same
- KMplayer plays perfectly this file in Kubuntu 9.10, in the same computer where Dragonplayer has problems

I'm observing this bug as well in Kubuntu 9.10 using either dragon player or bangarang. I'm using ALSA and have pulseaudio removed. I never saw this problem in Ubuntu 9.10.

The firefox xine plugin does the same thing (though that might be because it just embeds dragon player?)
