Bug Description

Trying out an upgrade to 16.04. It didnt go that well as a few packages failed during the upgraded. After reinstalling the failed packages, the system starts, but man/db fails.

dpkg: cykel upptäckt vid hantering av utlösare:
 paketkedja vars utlösare är eller kan vara orsak:
  man-db -> doc-base
 paketens förestående utlösare som är eller kanske inte kan analyseras:
  man-db: /usr/share/man
  systemd: /etc/init.d
  doc-base: /usr/share/doc-base
  udev: /lib/udev/hwdb.d
  libc-bin: ldconfig
  desktop-file-utils: /usr/share/applications
  ureadahead: /etc/init: /etc/init.d
  mime-support: /usr/share/applications
  tex-common: /usr/share/texmf
  gconf2: /usr/share/GConf/gsettings
  ufw: /etc/ufw/applications.d

I think man-db is/was the victim of a dpkg bug here, so reassigning.

affects: man-db (Ubuntu) → dpkg (Ubuntu)
