mtp device connection fails on copying file with unsupported name

Bug Description
On copying a bunch of files with one file having name with unsupported character by my mtp device (Huawei mediapad) copying stop progressing on this file, but hangs quite some time before reporting. After that the connection with mtp device appears to be damaged, i.e. I cannot browse the filesystems on the device from dolphin.
It seems that copying a banch of files is critical, since on copying one there is an immidiate informative error reported and the connection appears to remain operational.
