Dolphin doesn't reflect changes made in details mode

Bug Description
Open dolphin. Right-click and select new folder. Name it something, like "test". Right-click created folder and select to create a new (sub)folder. Name it something. Notice how there's now no indication that test has a subfolder. Won't happen until exiting dolphin and reopening it, or pressing F5.

Same goes for copying anything into a folder, the display won't reflect the change until you restart dolphin or refresh the display, even though dolphin was the one doing it.
