after software updation my laptop doesn't boot securely means it stuck after dell logo in booting time

now everytime for starting my laptop I have to go in advanced ubantu setting this option comes after dell logo during booting time. And then I choose previous recovery option from those options which are given in advanced ubantu setting. please help me in this issue.
