Ubuntu 14.10, after some time ~24h I get Failed to load: -21 ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED and need to restart daemon

Bug Description
Just an annoying behaviour that causes some of our functionality fail. We use Docker to run AthenaPDF to generate PDFs and when it fails we get PDF with this content:
Failed to load: -21 ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED (https:/
Restarting the service helps. I am not sure what causes it or even how to diagnose it - there are no network changes as far as I know. This is not a VirtualBox machine but a Linode shard. Has static IP etc.
After restart it works fine for some time then crashes with an aforementioned error. I am not a proper administrator so I am not even sure where to look to see what is causing this behaviour. Any help will be appreciated.
