The new mouse pointer theme in Gutsy has a problem with the "loading" pointer. As this pointer has a throbber superimposed onto a normal arrow, you can see that the arrow moves when switching between the regular pointer and this one. When loading web pages in Epiphany, you see this problem.

Bug is against package version 0.4.1 and reporter confirms bug in Karmic. Version has not changed since Gutsy.
