Bug Description

upgrade to Ubuntu 11.10
dictionaries-common:
  Installed: 1.11.5ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.11.5ubuntu1
  Version table:
*** 1.11.5ubuntu1 0

Expected the upgrade to 11.10 to complete without any problems.

Upgrade did not complete without errors, but rather gave errors for the dictionaries package and exited the upgrade.
