Bug Description
Version: ubuntu-
As of at least the above version there is no way to configure a voicemail number for the phone manually.
If the system is able to pull the voicemail number from the SIM then the 1 button on the dialer has a speed dial functionality of calling voicemail. There is no way to enable this in the case that a voicemail number is not available from the SIM.
--------------- UX comment ----------------
Users will be able to set a voicemail number in application settings. In this particular case it will be in the phone app. <https:/

Is there anything in the spec for configuring this?
