[phone-app] switching between MISSED | ALL in RECENT view is delayed

Bug Description
Build r109
Steps to reproduce:
1. open phone app
2. carry out a bottom edge swipe to access your RECENT view
3. tap in the header section between MISSED | ALL
Actual result: the list item sections of both, missed and all, are overlaying each other during the switch.
Desired solution: the transition between ALL | Missed should be smoother and the previous entries shouldn't be shown
