Binary package hint: dia
I f I open a dia file containing a box with rounded corners, export it as a VXD file, and then open the VXD file in dia, the box is broken into segments. Each segment has its own border, ruining the original appearance of the box. Sample dia file attached.
This exists in both Jaunty and Karmic builds as of today.

3) What is expected to happen via a terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dia/+bug/449997/+attachment/817543/+files/blue_box.dia && dia --nosplash blue_box.dia
File > Export > Visio XML Format (*.vdx) > open the exported file and it looks exactly the same.
4) What happens instead is the box is broken into segments. Each segment has its own border, ruining the original appearance of the box.
