The accounts tab in the ubuntuone preferences window shows unknown for account details, yet I have configured ubuntuone to sign into my account, and I can see entries for desktopcouch and ubuntuone in the "passwords and encryption keys" dialog box, under the passwords tab.

The 'ValueError: No pairing record for ubuntuone' error is bug 657850
This issue can be fixed by running the following command from the terminal while ubuntuone- preferences window is open (all in one line, quotes should be included):
dbus-send --print-reply --dest= com.ubuntu. sso /credentials com.ubuntu. sso.Application Credentials. login_to_ get_credentials "string:Ubuntu One" "string:Workaround for LP:657850" int64:0
