Bug Description

On multiple systems running the KDE desktop (on amd64, arm64, riscv64) I saw this error:

Unpacking desktop-base (12.0.6+nmu1ubuntu1) over (12.0.2ubuntu1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /tmp/apt-dpkg-install-2bNvZH/14-desktop-base_12.0.6+nmu1ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/etc/skel/.face', which is also in package kubuntu-settings-desktop 1:23.04.5
dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)

It can be fixed with
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-settings-desktop --reinstall

But we cannot expect every user to figure this out on his own.
