Bug Description
Binary package hint: deskbar-applet
When deskbar-applet is added to gnome panel, it keeps running with 100% cpu. At the same time, the amount of memory utilized by the process keeps continuously growing. For example, within 5 minutes of starting the deskbar-applet the memory consumed usually grows to more than 350MB and then keeps growing. The applet does not respond to any mouse clicks and the only way to stop deskbar-applet is to kill the process.
